Hello Zoom community, I have a problem utilizing the zoom. It keeps saying update the zoom even though I did. Also, after I remove the zoom and try to download the updated version, it says there is an error.

I am only using the free version of Zoom with the 40 minute time limit for more than 2 people , so unfortunately this does not allow you to raise a support ticket with Zoom.
I have been using the Zoom client successfully on the same laptop Windows 8 successfully since last March start of first lockdown , but for whatever reason it now does not work. I am not sure why I have had to re-install the Zoom client, but it is the re-install that is now giving me the error. I will do a system restore back to early December when it was working and see how that works.
